Description:
Fast Charger ID 43350 does not respond to RFID card. Before, 43353 did not respond, but that is working now. One of the three dual-port Level 2 charging stations presented with an error code and a message to Please Call Customer Support. The station ID number is: 52323. Official “NO PARKING EXCEPT WHILE CHARGING” signs were not posted at this site.

The Greenlots Team responded via email saying that there is an open ticket for this issue. The ticket number is 00216645.

Fast Charger station ID 43353 is offline. Neither RFID card nor app will initiate a session. Report submitted to Greenlots support via email.

Level 2 station ID 52323 is confirmed to be working again.

Reported to Howard County Government: On October 16th, new signs were at all the locations except the Ascend building. As of yesterday the Ascend Building site still didn’t have signs.
